Certificate of Insurance / Evidence of Insurance

With our continued commitment to providing superior service to our customers, we are using a state of the art insurance certificate delivery system.   iCerts.com provides on-demand, online access to evidence of insurance for lenders, mortgage brokers, closing agents and/or attorneys, or the condo owner who are in need of evidence of insurance (Master Policy) provided through our agency.

Lenders, Processors, Real Estate Agents, Closing Agents & Attorney’s

To redeem a customized evidence of insurance that involves a refi, LOC, or misc new loan application of any kind, please go to www.iCerts.com to place your order.  If you are a 1st time user, then register to activate your new user account.  If you have already created an iCerts.com user account, then log in with your user name (email address) and password used when initially creating your account.  If you require any assistance with the iCerts program, please email info@iCerts.com for further assistance.

Note: Please do not redirect the Condo owner/buyer to iCerts.com to order certificates on your behalf, as it is the lenders responsibility to place these orders.

If You Are a Condo Owner

If you received a letter from your lender requesting an updated annual renewal certificate for an existing property (not involving a new refi, LOC or new loan of any kind), please forward a copy of that letter to info@iCerts.com, or contact our office directly to receive instructions to retrieve a certificate.  If you have already created a user account from a previous renewal order, then log in with your user name (email address) and password used when initially creating your account (www.iCerts.com) to place your new order.

  • One customized certificate per year will be available to each unit owner based upon an association’s annual renewal event (not a new loan), on or after the renewal date of the association.
  • If a “generic” certificate is required for your own records (or for an insurance loss/claim), one will be provided by contacting our office directly and requesting it (will not include the unit owner or mortgagee clause).
